  • Order processing time: 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once shipped, customers will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking details via SMS/Email/WhatsApp (where available).

  • Non-metro / remote locations: 4–8 business days
